All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and any additional requirements shown on the product or checkout page or in the FAQ. Customers must be over age 18 with a valid credit card. Web site visitors under age 18 cannot make purchases. Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on this Website are current at the time of issue, but may be changed at any time without notice and are subject to availability.
CHARGES
If you purchase by credit card, we may authorize the amount of your purchase with your credit card issuer at the time you place your order.

We cannot guarantee availability of product, even if our Web site shows that a particular product is available. We may not have all products or product lines available online and we may discontinue products or change prices at any time.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your retail purchase you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase via email.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

How It Works
SHIPPING
Our shipping costs for all UK customers are calculated on the total cost of the order.
Shipping method will depend on the number of items ordered.
Items are either sent via Courier (next day delivery) or 1st class Recorded Mail.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2/3 days we will contact you by phone or email.
Should you not be available to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave a card in order for you to arrange an alternative delivery time. The Courier will attempt to deliver to you twice, after which the parcel will be returned to us. Orders shipped using Royal Mail Recorded will have one attempt made only and a card will be left. Courier and Recorded items will be returned to us after 7 days have elapsed from the date the first delivery attempt is made. A further delivery charge will be payable in order for the goods to be re-sent.
Deliveries to certain areas of the UK & Ireland (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and ALL Islands) will incur additional charges if, due to size and weight, shipping has to be carried out by our Couriers. Small and light items will ship via Royal Mail Recorded at the usual Royal Mail costs. Please contact us prior to ordering.
